What teams ask us.

It depends on your plan. Solo agents receive tips directly via Stripe Connect. Team accounts route tips through your company bank account, then to agents via their payslip using PPV, loi pourboires, or prime exceptionnelle — whichever is most efficient.
In France, a salaried employee receiving regular third-party payments creates URSSAF risk and complicates the agent's tax life. Payroll routing keeps it clean, generates social rights (retirement, unemployment, mutuelle), and uses tax-efficient instruments that direct payouts can't access.
Through PPV, up to ~95% net (depending on the agent's bracket). Through loi pourboires routing, similar. Through prime exceptionnelle, agents net what they would on any payroll bonus. We show the exact breakdown in your dashboard.
We export a clean monthly file your payroll team can import manually. Native integrations: Pennylane, PayFit, Silae, Lucca, Malibou. Others are on the roadmap or buildable on Enterprise.
When routed through PPV (within annual limits), it's largely exempt from income tax and social charges. Beyond PPV, it's taxed like any other payroll bonus. Your agents get a clear annual statement.
